Description
On your approximate 30-minute airplane ride to the Grand Canyon West Rim from Las Vegas, you'll have amazing views of Boulder City, Lake Mead, Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon itself.
Your fixed-wing plane will land at the Hualapai Indian Nation Airport on the West Rim of the Grand Canyon. You will ride in comfort on a short coach tour, narrated by your driver/guide. The coach stops at both Eagle Point and Guano Point, where there will be plenty of photo opportunities of the breathtaking scenic views.
You will have approximately three in a half hours of free time at the West Rim, including a complimentary barbecue lunch at Guano Point, 4,000 feet (1,200 meters) above the mighty Colorado River.
You'll also have plenty of time to enjoy the fabulous Grand Canyon Skywalk. The Skywalk is suspended 70 feet (21 meters) beyond the canyon rim and 4,000 feet (1,200 meters) above the Colorado River. With its see-through glass floor and walls, it offers amazingly unobstructed views over the canyon.
Total time at the canyon is approximately 3.5 hours.
